The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant with a strong bar background to join the team at Pachamama.

This is an opportunity to bring confidence, personality and genuine guest connection to every service. You will prepare classic cocktails, deliver attentive food and beverage service and help create the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere our guests come to enjoy.

Alongside bar service, you will support food delivery, complete opening and closing duties, and take pride in keeping the venue organised, stocked and beautifully presented. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team, you will help maintain strong standards across pace, quality and the overall guest experience.

This role will suit someone who feels at home behind the bar, enjoys connecting with people and knows how to bring energy to service while remaining polished, organised and attentive to detail.

This is a casual opportunity offering an expected 24-38 hours per week, working across a rotating seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The Talent:

You are a confident and engaging hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences from behind the bar.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in bar or food and beverage service
• Confidence preparing classic cocktails and serving a broad range of beverages
• Experience completing opening and closing procedures
• A warm, professional and guest-focused approach
• The ability to support food delivery and floor service when required
• Strong attention to cleanliness, stock levels and bar presentation
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Experience within a rooftop bar, restaurant, hotel will be highly regarded.
