The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join Breakfast serice, supporting the delivery of warm, polished and efficient service within Crystalbrook Bailey.

This is a guest-facing role where you will help create a welcoming and memorable start to the day for our guests. From preparing the restaurant for service and supporting buffet or à la carte operations through to clearing tables and anticipating guest needs, you will play an important role in ensuring service flows smoothly during busy breakfast periods.

Fast-paced, energetic and highly collaborative, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys morning shifts and takes pride in delivering genuine guest service.

The Talent:

You are friendly, energetic and enjoy creating positive guest experiences through genuine hospitality.

You bring a proactive attitude, work well as part of a team and remain calm and organised during busy service periods.

You will bring:

• Previous experience food & beverage experience within a premium hotel or restaurant environment - experience within hotel breakfast operations will be highly regarded.
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail
• A current QLD RSA
• Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays
