Crystalbrook Bailey, is modern, innovative and has a true appreciation for all the arts. Bailey chooses the path less travelled. The type of character you’ll find at the local farmer’s market rather than a supermarket or exploring the latest exhibition at the museum rather than at a rock concert. Bailey loves originality, individuality and attention to detail.

Driven by our mission to harness the spirit of wonder, we embrace responsible luxury with positivity, creativity, and fun, delivering locally unique hospitality experiences for our community. The Opportunity:
Set in the heart of Cairns CBD, Crystalbrook Bailey is a five-star, art-inspired luxury hotel where exceptional service does not stop when the sun goes down.

You will efficiently audit daily revenue activity, confirm all postings are balanced and complete and respond to guest needs with warmth, professionalism and agility. With a sharp eye for detail, you will identify discrepancies in reports, assist with system back-ups and overnight procedures and ensure the hotel transitions smoothly into a new day.
Security is also central to the role, including regular overnight walks and checkpoint scanning to ensure our guests, team and property remain safe and supported at all times.

- Previous hotel front office experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
- A basic understanding of accounting principles and audit processes
- Experience with Opera and a general knowledge of hotel operations
- A personality to rival any Cairns sunrise
- Flexibility to work regular overnight shifts across a rotating 7-day roster
