Crystalbrook Bailey, is modern, innovative and has a true appreciation for all the arts. Bailey chooses the path less travelled. The type of character you’ll find at the local farmer’s market rather than a supermarket or exploring the latest exhibition at the museum rather than at a rock concert. Bailey loves originality, individuality and attention to detail.
At Crystalbrook Collection, we do things differently. Driven by our mission to harness the spirit of wonder, we embrace responsible luxury with positivity, creativity, and fun, delivering locally unique hospitality experiences for our community. Working alongside the Night Manager, you will support hotel security, safety procedures and emergency response when needed. This position offers variety, independence and the opportunity to take ownership of your work while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
The Talent:
You are calm, organised and take pride in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest. You enjoy a role that blends independence with responsibility and are at your best when trusted to keep things running seamlessly. With a balance of professionalism and care, you bring confidence to every interaction — whether supporting a guest, solving a problem or completing end-of-day reports.
