The Opportunity:
CC’s Bar & Grill is Crystalbrook Bailey’s signature dining destination - a contemporary steakhouse celebrating premium Australian produce, exceptional steaks and one of Cairns’ most extensive wine collections. Combining polished service with a vibrant atmosphere, CC’s is a venue where quality, hospitality and memorable guest experiences come together.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of CC’s Bar & Grill. Leading from the floor, you will support service delivery, develop team capability and help drive a positive, high-performing venue culture.
We are seeking two Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our leadership team. One opportunity has a focus on bar service and beverage delivery, while the other supports the leadership of floor operations. Both roles will play an important part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting team performance and contributing to the overall success of the venue.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the pace for service, coach and support your team and ensure every guest interaction reflects the standards CC’s Bar & Grill is known for.
The Talent:
You are a natural leader who thrives in busy hospitality environments and understands that exceptional guest experiences are built through strong teams, attention to detail and consistent execution.
You enjoy leading from the front, developing people and creating an environment where both guests and team members can thrive.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or food and beverage supervisory role
- Experience within premium dining or quality hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of sequence of service and guest experience delivery
- Confidence leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
- Ability to prioritise and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
