The Opportunity:

This position is a part-time opportunity, offering 24-38 hours per week. As a Food and Beverage Guide, you will bring warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction. Whether you are greeting diners, taking orders, recommending pairings, or delivering beautifully presented dishes and drinks, you will create memorable moments across our restaurants, bars.

Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team, you will take pride in delivering seamless, elevated service that reflects Crystalbrook Bailey’s unique character and commitment to responsible luxury.

The Talent:

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous food and beverage experience and a natural passion for great service. You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and consistently deliver with professionalism, enthusiasm and care.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel, resort or high-volume venue
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, engaging manner
  • Bar experience including cocktail preparation, with strong knowledge of beverages and menu items
  • The ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure environments
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
  • Immaculate personal presentation, reflecting luxury hospitality standards

Desirable:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality
  • Barista or wine knowledge
  • Experience serving international guests
  • Multilingual abilities
  • An interest in building a long-term hospitality career with an exceptional employer
