The Opportunity:

At Crystalbrook, every dining experience is a chance to surprise, delight and connect - starting first thing in the morning. We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team for breakfast shifts!

As a key part of our breakfast service team, you’ll bring warmth, energy and professionalism to help our guests start their day on the right note. From welcoming early risers with a smile to delivering beautiful dishes and great coffee, you’ll play a vital role in creating a relaxed and memorable morning experience.

With the support of our Food and Beverage Supervisor and a vibrant team, you’ll help create service experiences that feel fresh, personal, and unmistakably Crystalbrook

The Talent:

You’re a guest-focused professional who thrives in the morning and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you’ve worked breakfast service before or are keen to step into the space, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service within a luxury environment (breakfast experience a bonus!)
  • A calm, friendly and professional approach to guest service
  • Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Availability to work early mornings across a 7-day roster
  • A team player who brings energy, adaptability and care to everything you do
