Crystalbrook Bailey is modern, innovative and has a true appreciation for all the arts. Bailey chooses the path less travelled. The type of character you’ll find at the local farmer’s market rather than a supermarket or exploring the latest exhibition at the museum rather than at a rock concert. Bailey loves originality, individuality and attention to detail.

At Crystalbrook Collection, we do things differently. Driven by our mission to harness the spirit of wonder, we embrace responsible luxury with positivity, creativity, and fun, delivering locally unique hospitality experiences for our community. We're not just another hotel group — we're a bold, sustainably minded collection that puts people and place at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our values — We are Customer Obsessed, We are Collaborators, and We are Courageous — we’re passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences and shaping a new era of hospitality.

The Opportunity:

Join the Housekeeping team at Crystalbrook Bailey and take pride in creating beautifully presented spaces that make every guest feel at home. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across our guest rooms.

Working collaboratively within an established housekeeping team, this casual position offers 16–24+ hours per week. You will take ownership of your work, demonstrate attention to detail, and contribute to a supportive, professional team that values quality, care and collaboration. This is a role for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and finds satisfaction in delivering genuine hospitality through every detail.

The Talent:

You are reliable, thorough and take pride in seeing a task done well. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality, you create calm, comfortable and beautifully presented spaces for our guests to enjoy.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in room presentation and cleanliness
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with pride in maintaining high standards
  • Friendly, professional communication and genuine care for guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
