The Opportunity:
Join the Food and Beverage team at Crystalbrook Bailey, where individuality and attention to detail shine through every service. As an F&B Attendant, you will bring confidence, care and creativity to your role — from crafting barista-quality coffee to delivering thoughtful, polished service across our café and restaurant venues.
You will take pride in creating genuine connections with guests, delivering every interaction with warmth and precision. This role offers variety and the chance to showcase your versatility — whether behind the coffee machine or on the floor — while being part of a supportive, collaborative team that values originality and genuine hospitality.
The Talent:
You are energetic, personable and passionate about exceptional coffee and guest experiences. With an appreciation for detail and a natural warmth, you take pride in creating moments that feel effortless, authentic and uniquely Bailey.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and confidence using commercial coffee equipment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, organisation and flow across service areas
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Availability across a rotating seven-day roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- A confident communicator who collaborates effortlessly with others to deliver polished, guest-focused service
