While you'll have the opportunity to contribute to all areas of People & Culture, you will be the specialist in ER and Compliance in our business.
- Oversee current & future People and Culture resource needs and make recommendations to the Leadership Team regarding workforce planning needs.
- Provide advice and recommended action/s related to ER, Modern Awards, and employment contracts and/or legal requirements surrounding Fair Work, to minimise legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coach and support managers and Collaborators on all areas of performance management, performance development, recruitment and retention, engagement, position description development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture by influencing leadership approaches, strengthening workplace relationships, and driving positive team engagement.
- Contribute to Workplace Productivity via regular meetings, award advice, payroll management, compliance and Human Force guidance.
About you:
- Management experience in People and Culture and/or Human Resources - ideally within hospitality or service driven industries
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of employment legislation and workforce best practice
- Collaborative and empathetic with a solutions-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a related subject
- Passion for creating memorable employee experiences and inclusive work environment
