About the role

We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancer with 1-3 years’ experience to join our Adelaide property team. This is an opportunity to join our highly skilled conveyancing team led by three senior conveyancers who are supported by our conveyancing assistants. 

You will manage a variety of SA commercial and residential property transactions from start to finish, working both independently and supporting our senior conveyancers.

Key duties include:

  • Reviewing and preparing Form 1 Statements.
  • Managing transactions via PEXA and paper.
  • Preparing and registering dealings with Land Services SA (including land divisions).
  • Communicating with clients and third parties.

About you

You’re a confident and organised Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal who can manage files independently.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience managing conveyancing matters end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in using PEXA, RevenueSA Online and SAILIS.
  • High attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
  • A team player, collaborative mindset and approach to your work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
