THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our established Property Management Team. As a Team Leader, you will coordinate a team of Property Managers to ensure all customers’ needs are met. Your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients and with industry leading tech and amazing support structures, you will have time in your day to truly help our clients. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leading a team to ensure our clients experience excelled customer service
  • All daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears,
  • Meeting clients, building strong relationships,
  • Become the knowledge and expert in your field,
  • Entries and exits,
  • Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of an Assistant Property Manager,
  • Maintenance / routine inspections.


ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate Registration,
  • Several years in Property Management leadership experience,
  • Own a reliable car and have current driver’s license.
  • A self-starting attitude, and be an ambitious team player,
