THE ROLE

• Manage a portfolio of 150 well-maintained properties from start to finish.
• Meeting clients and building strong relationships.
• Become a knowledge and expert in your field.
• Entries and exits.
• Maintenance / routine inspections.
• Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of dedicated assistant Property Managers & Leasing Consultants

ABOUT YOU:

• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration.
• Several years of Property Management experience.
• Own a reliable car and have a current driver’s license.
• A self-starting attitude and be an ambitious team player.
