As a Sales Administrator with Coronis Group your achievements will make a huge contribution to the success of all internal teams. Working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams, your work will ensure they are spending more time talking to customers. 

You will be responsible for all the administrative tasks as well being responsible for reception. 


What You’ll Be Achieving 

  • Managing a fast-paced reception desk, answering customer property inquires,  
  • Preparing sales contracts, real estate listings and other forms and processes, 
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed with exceptional customer service, 
  • High attention to detail and time management on all assigned tasks, 
  • Maintaining a fresh, functional, and presentable office, 
  • Being the Coronis face and voice to customers, 
  • Ensuring the Sales & Property teams are following compliance requirements. 

Ideal Background 

  • Prior experience working in an administration and/or receptionist role, 
  • An ability to meet deadlines and targets, 
  • A high level of attention to detail,  
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills, 
  • Experience working in high volume call and walk in reception environments, 
  • A history of providing exceptional customer service, 
  • Demonstrated ability of processing highly confidential information, 
  • High level communication skills, both verbal and written, 
  • Self-directed worker, with an excellent work ethic, 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative. 

 

What will make you stand out. 

  • Real Estate experience will be highly desired but not essential.
