THE ROLE:
Our team is expanding and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join us! You will help property investors navigate their way through managing their investment properties under the guidance of Coronis.
Known as a Property Investment Agent internally, within our established team you have the potential to earn over $10k each month (totally uncapped earning potential). You will have access to our existing 1200 Landlords as well as an open data base which has been growing for the 30 plus years Coronis has been in business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Mastering use of our industry leading tech tools,
- Leverage off an existing rent roll of approximately 1200 and nine sales agents who are selling over three homes per month,
- Generate new business for our Property Management team by prospecting,
- Creating dynamic work relationships with the Property Management team - with Worlds Best Practice results in customer service (Our Property Manager will truly look after your customers).
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have:
- A desire to help people with your personal earning goals, you will be willing to conduct the prospecting activities which will lead to your success,
- Worked in prospecting environment previously where the company generated leads and,
- A current Real Estate registration certificate,
- Own a reliable car & hold a current driver’s license.
- Real Estate experience will be highly desired but not essential.
