Sales Cadet - Coronis Sunshine Coast

THE ROLE:

As a Real Estate Sales Cadet, you have a similar role to a Real Estate Sales Agent. You will support many elite agents and learn from the best. Over time you will have the opportunity to grow into a Real Estate Agent yourself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Arrange and attend building and pest inspections,
• Arrange and attend valuations,
• Prospecting for sales, property management, finance and conveyancing leads,
• Deliver DL's,
• Put up open for inspection times magnets and sold magnets,
• Pick up keys from other Coronis agencies,
• Office banking and mailing daily,
• General deliveries,
• Attend training when required.

ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will have:

• Sales and retail experience,
• Strong communication skills,
• A willingness to accept feedback and tackle challenges.
• A current drivers license,
• Hold or enrolled in a current Real Estate certificate/course.
