THE ROLE:
We are looking for a smoke alarm technician to be part of our team. APM, a leading provider in smoke alarm services, boasts an extensive clientele in the real estate sector across the greater Brisbane area, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast. Specializing in domestic and rental properties, we ensure compliance with smoke alarm legislation, including servicing, maintenance and functionality of our client’s smoke alarms.
In line with our expansion plans, we are in search a smoke alarm technician to join our team. Our company upholds rigorous standards in professionalism, appearance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our Smoke Alarm Technicians:
- Carry out smoke alarm tests to meet compliance.
- Install, maintain and repairs to smoke alarms.
- Submit reports on inspections and communicate on quoted works required.
- Maintain vehicle stock levels.
- Liaising with property managers and tenants.
About You:
- Previous experience in the industry is a bonus but not essential
- Have previous customer service experience.
- Can work successfully as part of a team and solo.
- Have professional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Adaptability.
