About The Role:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our established Property Management Team. If you are looking for variety in your workday, this is the perfect position for you – this role has a mixture of in and out of the office tasks.
You will utilise the latest Real Estate technology and will be fully trained in the OurProperty software. You will also be one of many friendly faces that meet our clients out on the field for routine inspections, valuations, and any other appointments, as necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various property management tasks including, arrears, client communication, entries and exits, maintenance requests, invoice processing, liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen
About You:
We’re looking for someone who excels in delivering;
· excellent customer service
· Self-starting, ambitious team player who is ready to take the next step with their career.
· Have a Queensland Real Estate registration
· Experience in the Real Estate industry
· Own a reliable car & current drivers license.
