About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to coordinate sales administration activities, support customer accounts, and drive positive customer outcomes. This role combines customer service, sales administration, contract management, and lead generation to support business growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Coregas brand in every customer interaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate collaboration between Sales, Operations, Technical Services, and Supply Chain teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Provide commercial and contractual support to the Sales Team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales office activities.
  • Manage customer contracts in accordance with company procedures and SOPs.
  • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, pricing updates, and registrations.
  • Provide administrative support for customer proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Prospect new business opportunities through telesales activities and generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.
  • Contact and re-engage lost or inactive customer accounts.
  • Conduct outbound calls to identify customer needs and generate warm sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts with annual spend up to $15,000 through proactive telephone-based account management.
  • Liaise with sales channel partners to provide administrative support and training.
  • Ensure all sales administration activities comply with quality assurance processes and company procedures.
  • Complete all administrative, reporting, and documentation requirements accurately and on time.
  • Actively participate in business initiatives, planning activities, performance reviews, team meetings, and company events.
  • Support additional reasonable business requirements as directed by leadership.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, internal sales, or sales support environment.
  • Experience in telephone sales and outbound customer engagement.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and business ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the gas, industrial, or welding industry and associated safety requirements.
  • Experience supporting business growth initiatives and sales activities.
  • Exposure to contract management, quotations, and customer account administration.
