The Opportunity

You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately, on time, and in line with company policies and compliance standards. This role plays a key part in supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining strong supplier relationships across Coregas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks related to Accounts Payable processes
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes in line with policies and procedures
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and process transactions
  • Reconcile creditor statements on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and process weekly
  • Respond to and resolve supplier and internal stakeholder queries effectively
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Answer incoming vendor queries and ensure satisfactory outcomes
  • Prepare monthly depot commission payments
  • Interaction with all internal and external customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Year 12 secondary education, or Relevant TAFE qualification in Accounting
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment
  • Confident communicator when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
