We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction. The role is a 12 month Parental Cover role ending in September 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Accounts Administrator at Coregas, you will be responsible for,
- Managing all aspects of customer accounts, including cash collection, payment allocation, and resolving disputes and credit claims.
- Ensuring the maintenance of accounts is up to date, including correct trading statuses and accurate payment allocations.
- Investigating, reconciling, and completing customer credit claims using Navision and Cyltrack.
- Supporting customer service during LEAD meetings and engaging in continuous business improvement initiatives.
- Adhering to safety standards and participating in Coregas' business processes and requirements.
Who are you:
- Holds a Higher School Certificate or higher education qualification.
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control, debtor’s ledger, cash collections, and credit claims.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of Navision and intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Is a strong problem solver with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates openly and professionally, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
