The opportunity: Coregas is looking for a reliable Stores Person with practical MIG/TIG welding knowledge and strong inventory control skills. Provides accurate technical support to staff and customers while maintaining compliance, safety, and professional workplace standards.
We are seeking a motivated team member to support our warehouse operations while assisting with welding equipment demonstrations across the Toowoomba and Western Darling Downs region.
Your Day Includes:
- Maintaining accurate inventory control.
- Completing all required paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks in line with safety and operating procedures.
- Welding abilities, with experience across a range of materials and techniques.
- Assisting our Sales Representative with demonstrations of welding equipment.
- Processing goods inward.
- Pick, pack and dispatch goods outwards
- General small local deliveries when required.
- Working full‑time, Monday to Friday.
About You:
- Current Forklift License.
- Approximately 3 years’ TIG and MIG welding experience (preferred but not essential).
- Current Car License (required).
- Experience in transport logistics and yard operations.
- Commitment to safety, accountability, ethical behavior, and respectful teamwork.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong team‑orientation and willingness to assist others.
- Basic computer literacy.
