The role- You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting month-end processes. This position offers strong exposure to core accounting functions, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly P&L, including variance analysis to budget and prior periods
  • Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
  • Support month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments
  • Assist with management reporting, business review packs, and profitability modelling
  • Maintain cost centre reporting and investigate variances
  • Support audit, BAS, tax, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with AP activities, payments, and financial projects

About you:

  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
