About the Role
This is a diverse and fast-paced Part time- (Maternity leave cover, contract ending on 31.08.2027) position where you will play an integral role in supporting sales activities, managing customer compliance requirements, coordinating tender submissions, maintaining contract documentation, and assisting with customer onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and generate warm leads for the Sales Team.
- Support account management activities and coordinate sales office functions.
- Assist with customer registrations, proposals, quotations, and pricing administration.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Branch leadership teams.
Tenders & Contracts
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documentation.
- Complete customer questionnaires relating to Coregas' business, financial, quality, safety, environmental, and commercial information.
- Manage contract administration, including contract filing and monitoring contract start and end dates within ERP systems.
- Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), confidentiality agreements, contract variations, and contract extensions.
- Assist with annual and extraordinary price review correspondence.
Compliance, HSEQ & Customer Portals
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements for customers and contractors.
- Respond to customer requests relating to HSEQ documentation and insurance certificates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for compliance submissions and audits.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in sales support, contract administration, tenders, compliance, or customer service.
- Strong administration, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) and HSE environment is highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Contract Law, or a related discipline are desirable.
