The Role: The Healthcare Service Lead is accountable for supporting Coregas’ healthcare accounts, managing the Coretrack and Corecare order management process, and analyzing transactional movements on cylinder holdings. The role involves suggesting methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers regarding healthcare customers.
- Arrange and manage the Corecare and Coretrack account setup, working in alignment with IT on the virtual depot setup.
- Manage healthcare customer orders, ensuring orders are captured and scheduled for delivery.
- Maintain stock levels accuracy on depots’ consignment stock through a reporting format.
- Support handheld and Android users on the functioning of the instrument and apps.
- Follow medical protocols for emergencies and cylinder recalls.
- Resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner and ensure all orders/invoicing are closed off daily.
- Capture customers' formal complaints using the Feedback Tracking System (FTS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service capacity, managing incoming calls, and responding to email queries.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service Lead role.
- Must have experience and familiarity servicing within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledgeable in using ERP systems and proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with individuals on the phone and via email.
- Detail oriented and committed to following established processes.
- Possess strong team-oriented skills that contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Capable of working in a busy environment while maintaining effective time management skills.
