The Opportunity
You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, managing inbound enquiries and providing accurate, timely information while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through first-touch resolution on inbound calls
- Manage national inbound calls and transfer enquiries with accurate information to relevant departments
- Managing internal and external customer expectations and informing of any delivery changes
- Process customer orders including cylinders, liquids, forward orders and work orders via phone, email, fax or electronic systems
- Ensure all orders and invoicing are accurately completed and closed daily
- Supply customers with invoices, credit notes, statements, and proof of delivery
- Manage credit note uploads and cross-referencing via templates
- Support customer portal setup and follow up on portal-related enquiries
- Participate in training, performance development plans (PDPs), team meetings and business initiatives
About You
- Managing inbound calls nationally
- Order processing and invoicing for all Coregas customers nationally
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ability to utilise Office suite of products
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using order management systems and handling financial transactions
- Proactive, safety-focused and committed to continuous improvement
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
