About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, based at our Yennora site.
In this hands‑on role, under the support and guidance of the Head of People, you will solely coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of corporate, operational and technical roles. Partnering closely with leaders, you will deliver timely, high‑quality hiring outcomes while providing a positive candidate experience aligned to the Coregas brand and values.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business areas and locations
- Partner with hiring leaders to advise on workforce requirements and provide market insights
- Proactively source talent using a variety of channels and direct sourcing techniques
- Create engaging job advertisements that reflect the Coregas employer brand
- Manage recruitment agencies where required
- Ensure recruitment practices align with policies, compliance and best practice
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and systems
- Monthly reporting and analytics
- Optimise systems and processes for efficiency gains and to improve the candidate experience
- Further develop the talent community
- Partner with contractor agencies and overseas sourcing partners
- Coordinate visa sponsorships
- Develop the EVP and other continuous improvement projects
What we need from you
We are seeking a recruiting talent, with a genuine passion for talent acquisiton, who is self-sufficient but keen to further develop their career as part of a close-knit HR team. You will ideally have
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment (in‑house preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Practical, solutions‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience recruiting operational, technical or industrial roles (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently as the sole recruitment specialist, whilst collaborating with the broader HR team for improved business outcomes and team support
