About Us:

The Cooly Hotel is one of Gold Coast’s iconic hotspots, located right on the stunning beachfront of Coolangatta Beach. The Hotel features a restaurant and beer garden, TAB, Keno and Gaming Lounge, an upstairs Bandroom for live gigs, function spaces and pool tables, making it a popular destination for locals and a must-visit for tourists.

About the Role

As our Cellar Person, you will play an essential role in:

• Managing stock rotation and maintaining cellar organisation
• Assisting with beer line cleaning and cellar maintenance
• Ensuring all beverages are stored, handled, and delivered correctly
• Supporting bar staff with keg changes and restocking
• Upholding safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and move keg stock
• Someone who works well both independently and within a team
• Previous cellar or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
