The role

Are you a caring support worker looking to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities? If you answered yes then, WE NEED YOU!

While no two days are the same, one thing is certain, you will always leave your shift feeling fulfilled as you will be helping participants that we support to lead more independent lives.

We understand that the role can be quite varied depending on the individual you support however, your day-to-day may involve you assisting with personal care, transportation, community access, feeding and mobility. This role is perfect for you if you are someone who loves to help others maintain their quality of life.

About you

As the Disability Support Worker you are caring, compassionate and love to help people.

You also have the following:

  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Have completed or be enrolled in Certificate III or higher in Disability, Aged Care or other relevant courses
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening (NDISWC) or Yellow Card
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Drivers Licence, reliable car & insurance
  • COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate (2-doses)
