What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our energy comparison website delivers accurate, compliant and customer-friendly experiences. Working closely with the Product & Pricing team and IT delivery teams, you'll support product and pricing updates, testing activities, issue investigation and customer feedback processes while helping drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete daily checks of the live energy comparison website and supporting systems, monitoring dashboards and alerts and escalating issues as required.
• Investigate unexpected changes in key performance metrics and gather information to support issue resolution.
• Support product and pricing updates by coordinating information, validating requirements and testing changes before release.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, test records and operational guides.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to energy sales, website functionality and feedback submissions, providing clear and unbiased information.
• Analyse and categorise customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support compliance, operational effectiveness and customer experience outcomes.

What Sets You Apart

• 2+ years' experience in a Product Coordinator, Product Analyst or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Ability to investigate issues, analyse information and support problem-solving activities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing accurate and unbiased information
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills across product testing, compliance and customer experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
