About the Roles
Bar Staff:
- Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
- RSA required
Food & Beverage Attendants:
- Provide table service and assist with food running
- Take orders, process payments, and ensure guests have a great experience
- Maintain clean dining areas and support the team during busy service periods
Retail Attendants:
- Assist customers with purchases and product enquiries
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented retail spaces
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
