Cognitus seeks Presales Operations Lead to join our team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
We are seeking driven professionals with 3-6 years of experience in Presales. As a Presales Operations Lead at Cognitus, you will play a vital role in supporting our presales team in delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the presales process, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the value proposition of SAP solutions is clearly demonstrated.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Presales Support: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
· Coordination: Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for presales activities, including demos, workshops, and meetings.
· Resource & Capacity Planning: Maintain visibility into presales team bandwidth, optimize resource allocation, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to presales activities, such as project plans, action items, and proof of service according to SAP’s Cloud Choice flex Model.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and track key presales KPIs, including resource utilization, win/loss ratio, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and reports to support continuous improvement in presales strategy.
· Communication: Facilitate communication between the presales team, sales team, technical team, partners, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
· Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide relevant information and support during the presales process.
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP innovations, industry trends, and product updates to support presales activities effectively.
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the presales team, including ensuring access to required systems, updating and maintaining document libraries for each opportunity, and facilitating collaboration among the assigned team.
Required Skills
· Prior experience in a sales/presales support role or similar position is preferred.
· Knowledge of ERP or SAP products and solutions is a plus.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
· Familiarity with general business operations (sales, finance, supply chain, etc.) is preferred.
· Strong testing capabilities
· Ability to prepare documentation, process flows, and test scripts.
· Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA innovations.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
· Bilingual

Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites, company offices, or project locations support delivery and stakeholder engagement.
