SAP Security and GRC Technical Architect

Note: Candidate must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design SAP Security solutions across diverse landscapes of S/4 HANA private and public cloud applications.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SAP security architecture, integration, and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of security frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and security trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits, and drive remediation efforts for identified vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding them in the implementation and support of SAP security solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning related to SAP security.

Skills:

  • 8-10+ years' experience in SAP security architecture and implementation, with a focus on complex enterprise environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP security across various modules and cloud applications (S/4, BI, CRM, PO, HCM, Fiori Apps, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing HANA DB security roles and user setups.
  • Strong understanding of GRC components (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User access review, EAM) and SoD.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP and implementation experience on IAG and its service.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with senior management and technical teams.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
