Experience 5+ years’ relevant experience in SAP HCM & Success Factors Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 1.0 with exposure to system development, analysis and testing. Hands on experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors on above modules and integration, Valid certifications in SuccessFactors EC , RCM & Onboarding 1.0; any other module will be an added advantage.
- Prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
