Experience 5+ years’ relevant experience in SAP HCM & Success Factors Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 1.0 with exposure to system development, analysis and testing. Hands on experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors on above modules and integration, Valid certifications in SuccessFactors EC , RCM & Onboarding 1.0; any other module will be an added advantage.

  • Prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
  • Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Analyze business/functional requirements and provide solutions
  • Work closely with various teams in prioritizing and completing the tasks to meet the SLA
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently with the customers.
  • Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
  •  In-depth experience in every stage of Consulting right from Presales, Planning, Requirement Gathering through Effective Workshops, Fit-gap Analysis, Estimation, Scoping, Functional Specification, Solution Designing.

 

Employee Central-

 

  • Configuration of Employee Central (EC) Foundation Data and Employee Data.
  • Excellent knowledge Position Management / Global assignments and Concurrent Employment.
  • Integration center to send the data to legacy third party applications.
  •  Excellent knowledge on Integration to S/4 HANA system
  • Concepts of RBP/Role Based Permissions.
  • Configuration of generic Objects (MDF).
  •  Exposure on Events & Event Reasons.
  •  Position Management.
  • Configuration of Business rules, page view, custom fields and Portlets.
  •  Configuration of Succession and Corporate Data Models.
  •  Configuration of Workflows, Meta Data Framework (MDF) objects, Business configuration views.
  •  Responsible for quarterly release validation and implementation on opt in features.
  • Configuration of Picklists and background elements.
  • Involved in User Acceptance testing and cutover activities.
  • Complete validation of the solution before and after release of EC functionality.
  • Should have knowlege on ORD reports.
  • Managing jobs in Provisioning.
  • Logo, themes, Landing Page settings, quick link configuration, Custom Column design.

RCM-

 

  • Configuring the RCM module, based on the client requirements.
  • Configuring the Job Requisition, Job Application and Interview Pipeline.
  •  Configuring the Offer Approval process.
  • Defining of RCM roles and permissions.
  • Testing of RCM module based on the test cases.
  • Integrating the RCM with POSITION MANAGEMENT.
  • Accountable for independent configuration of the RCM module and delivering the tasks on time.
  • Preparation of User manuals for the execution of RCM Tool for the easy access by the client.
  • Providing Technical Support to the client whenever required.
  • Regularly notifying the client with the progress on the scheduled tasks on the requirements.
  •  Developed Recruitment workbook for the clients.
  • Responsible for conducting module wise demos and system navigation to the clients.

 

Onboarding 1.0

 

  • Should work on end-to-end configurations.
  • Configured ONB Panels as per client requirement.
  • Setting up field level validations and definitions.
  • Should work on Data Import of Candidates.
  • PDF form upload and field mapping.
  •  Expertise on mass upload data to ONB system from a 3rd party system.
  • Should worked on importing and exporting pick lists, creating security groups, user creation and Role Based Permissions.
  • Configured New Recruit Activities and its workflow.
  • Setting up Super Admin Account and configuration of ONB Process.
  • Should worked on Standard Integration from recruitment to Onboarding.

Integration with SAP from ONB using SFTP file transfer.
