Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing user interfaces for Software as a Service (SaaS) and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and user-centered design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for SaaS and web applications.
• Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
• Develop UI mockups, prototypes, and layouts that clearly illustrate how sites function and look using Figma.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on SaaS and web applications.
• Strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations as the primary design tool.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
