Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Senior Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full Time

 

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Fieldglass solutions across various departments within the organization.

·      Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective VMS strategies that align with organizational goals.

·      Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP Fieldglass functionalities and best practices.

·      Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to design and refine procurement workflows.

·      Provide expert advice and support during the configuration, testing, and deployment phases of SAP Fieldglass systems.

·      Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the SAP Fieldglass solutions meet their needs and expectations.

·      Stay updated on the latest updates and enhancements in SAP Fieldglass and advise on potential impacts and opportunities for the business.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP Fieldglass related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

·      Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the performance of the SAP Fieldglass implementations and suggest improvements.

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

·      Total 12+ years’ experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay area.

·      Minimum 8+ years of experience with SAP Fieldglass implementations (+ 5-10 years’ previous experience in other SAP modules)

·      Minimum of three (3) end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation, including hands-on design and configuration

·      Experience with all SAP Fieldglass modules: Worker Profile, Contingent Workforce management and SOW.  

·      Understand points of integration between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ERP, but also SAP Ariba is a MUST HAVE

·      Integration between SAP Fieldglass and non-SAP ERP is a bonus!

·      Must be able to design external worker’s full end-to-end process across SAP Fieldglass and other SAP applications.

·      Knowledgeable in HCM Functional areas (OM, PA) and/or contingent labor, statement of work best practices or HR-PA experience

·      Experience with MSP (HR managed services provider)

·      Ability to work independently to figure out integration issues.

·      Strong analytical, critical, and economic thinking skills
