Cognitus seeks SAP EWM Consultant (Architect, Senior & Consultant) to join our team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

This person will collaborate closely with our customer and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for this client.

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.

·      Investigate, analyze, and solve system issues.

·      Assist with technical and business issues.

·      Hands-on experience in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Procurement Functional/technical proficiency

·      Proficient as an SAP Functional Consultant /Architect Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on solutions to identify WRICEFF objects for Build.

·      Holds excellent knowledge about Warehouse Management Business process, solutions.

·      Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Special Procurements, Invoicing, and Integration with other modules Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

·      Adopt at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.

·      Provide specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the WM module of SAP S4. 

·      Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.

·      Perform requirements gathering, documentation and analysis.

·      Assist with unit testing, system testing and user acceptance test plans.

·      Assist project leads and functional consultants.

·      Assist in data validation and data migration activities within projects.

·      Provide effective and timely communications to management, peers, and others.

·      Willing to travel as needed.

Required Skills:

·      Minimum 4-10 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 Hana

·      Experience in ABAP development and transport management.

·      Participated in technical requirement workshops, performing technical and design analysis through multiple client environments.

·      Develop functional specification documents in detail.

·      5 or more years of experience in technical analysis and design within consulting environments

·      Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

·      Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

·      Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·      Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, Project)

Education:

·      Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Operations Management

·      Bilingual

Additional skills:

·      Experience using SAP Activate Methodology

·      Experience in the IT industry or equivalent.

·      Eager to learn new skills to become a better team member and professional

·      Good teamwork skills and work ethic
