As part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our Quicklime Plant. This varied role combines hands-on electrical maintenance with plant operations, providing exposure to automated processing equipment, PLCs, industrial instrumentation and process control systems.
You will help ensure production targets are achieved, product quality standards are maintained and plant reliability is maximised. Your ability to identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability and performance will have a direct impact on the success of the operation.

What You'll Do
- Operate and optimise the Dongara Quicklime Plant to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality production.
- Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and reliability activities across a diverse range of industrial equipment.
- Conduct plant monitoring and preventative maintenance to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with a supportive team, where your technical input, decisions and initiative directly contribute to site success.
What You’ll Bring
- A WA A-Grade Electrical Licence—essential.
- Experience maintaining industrial electrical equipment within manufacturing, processing, mining, utilities or another heavy industrial environment.
- A genuine commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining reliable plant operations.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes and contribute positively within a close-knit team.
- An interest in broadening your capability across both electrical maintenance and process plant operations.
