About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing, engaged team. You will be a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative team environment and leads with positivity, purpose, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals
- Foster a team-oriented and inclusive culture where collaboration and development are valued
- Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the Coach brand values
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance
- Analyse sales results and KPIs to drive commercial decisions
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the store
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in a retail environment
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- Team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Passion for coaching and building strong team capability
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen
- Confident communicator who leads by example
