About the Role
As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated and personalised customer experience. You will represent the Coach brand with confidence, achieve sales targets, and build lasting relationships with our customers while supporting the day‑to‑day success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalised customer service aligned with Coach brand standards
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all Coach categories
- Support visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards are met
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and POS transactions
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a premium retail experience
About You
- Previous experience in fashion, premium or luxury retail (preferred)
- Sales‑driven with a genuine passion for customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full time hours, including weekends and late‑night trading
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
