Our Onehunga store is looking for a passionate and energetic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Coach brand. You’ll create memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional service, storytelling, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine, and personalised customer service
• Support customers with product selection and styling
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays and stock organisation
• Process transactions with accuracy
• Uphold Coach brand values and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail experience (luxury or fashion preferred, but not essential)
• A passion for fashion, accessories, and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and late night trade
