As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that reflects the Coach brand
• Drive sales through client engagement, product knowledge, and storytelling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Support daily store operations including stock management and replenishment
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members

You’ll Bring:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion preferred)
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• A polished, professional, and confident presence
• Structured roster, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
