About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalised styling advice.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktake activities.
• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail.
• A passion for customer service and creating outstanding shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Set full time roster (37.5 hours per week(
• Experience with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.
