Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team with a strong focus on people and culture
- Create a welcoming and motivating workplace environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards in line with Coach guidelines
- Support team performance through coaching and positive reinforcement
- Deliver strong commercial results.
- Analyse store performance to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans
