Your Impact:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, team development, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership
• Drive sales and KPIs through effective coaching and performance management
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a client-centric culture
• Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management
• Lead by example to uphold Coach’s brand values and standards
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in premium or luxury fashion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
