• Welcoming customers into our beautiful QVB boutique and creating a warm, memorable experience
• Sharing product knowledge, styling tips, and brand stories with customers
• Supporting day‑to‑day store operations including stock, presentation, and store upkeep
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet goals and celebrate wins
• Bringing your positive energy and helping deliver the elevated Coach experience we’re known for
