We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven store supervisor with a passion for providing amazing customer service, and takes a strong initiative towards team building and learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in one of our largest Coach stores.
  • Support the store and team performance by implementing sales strategies, bring new ideas/ solutions to the team. Increase employee morale and motivation.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including product availability and pricing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing a team of 20-30 staff members within luxury retail.
  • An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
