Coach is a global house of modern luxury, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, rich heritage, and distinctive design. At our Birkenhead Point store, we’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Part-Time Sales Associate to help us deliver the iconic Coach experience every day.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will bring the Coach brand to life by creating meaningful client connections, delivering elevated service, and supporting overall store performance. You’ll play an important part in a collaborative, high-performing retail environment where your passion for people and product truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and personalised service to every client
• Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Support daily operations including stock management, replenishment, and POS tasks
• Represent the Coach brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium retail ideal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach
• Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury brands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 24 hours per week - structured set roster
