About the role

This is a pivotal role reporting to the Executive Manager of Pre-Contracts and working closely with the whole Pre-Contracts team.

The role is based at our Eagle Farm Head Office so there will be no FIFO/DIDO and extended periods away from home.

However, occasionally you may need to travel to projects for a couple of days to gain information.

Your primary responsibility will be the development of detailed tender programs that are integrated with our construction methodology and detailed estimates.

• Assessment of “Potential Construction Methodologies” for the Tender in collaboration with the assigned Estimator;
• Development of the “Best Construction Methodology” for the Tender in collaboration with the assigned Estimator;
• Development of the Tender Program integrated with the “Best Construction Methodology” for the Tender in collaboration with the assigned Estimator;
• Production of Tender Submission Non-Price Deliverables in collaboration with internal subject matter experts;
• Working actively and effectively with the Pre-Contracts Team Members to produce the best possible tender submission.

About you

This is a great opportunity if you are an experienced senior civil engineer looking to either move into or expand your career into a head office Pre-Contract Role.

To join our talented team, you will need to have the following:

• A civil engineering degree with a minimum of 5yrs of construction experience in Australia;
• Traffic Management Staging experience and preferably a registered TMD;
• Civil Planning experience using either Primavera P6, ASTA or Microsoft Project;
• The ability to provide leadership and the management of the Tender Submission Non-Price Deliverable.
