About the role

Reporting to your Project Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead your team and influence project outcomes by utilizing your strong commercial, project management, and technical engineering skills.

 

  • Work on both existing and newly awarded projects, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Have the opportunity to create and implement innovative, cost-efficient construction methodologies and techniques, produce construction programs, and monitor project milestones and costs to ensure on-time completion.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing the procurement of materials and subcontractors, work with supervisors to recognize variations, and produce appropriate variation correspondence.
  • Additionally, you'll implement environmental controls when necessary to protect the environment.

 

About you

Maybe you are coming to the end of a project or perhaps you want the chance to grow and have your efforts recognised?

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of experience on DTMR and/or TfNSW projects, a proven track record in HSE compliance and safety, and the ability to lead and work as part of a team.

You'll also need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to problem-solve and take ownership.
